A lively, interactive environment challenges every student to participate and, with the instructor's help, begin confidently speaking Spanish or English. Seminar attendees receive the knowledge and tools that allow them to express themselves and to develop the confidence necessary to continue using their new language skills in their everyday work environment.

Customized workbooks are created for each seminar attendee, but seminars are never taught directly from the books. Instead, the books contain all the information covered in the seminar, and so serve as a take-home guide for maintaining and using newly acquired skills.
